DIPLOMA IN CULINARY AND SCIENCE
Diploma in culinary art and science is intensively spread over two years which is divided into total 4 semesters including 6 months industrial training. It has covered all aspects of food & beverage
production and service including hospitality management, bakery and patisseries, kitchen
management, studies of HACCP standards in a nut shell.
This course is curated by taking care of 70% hands on training and 30% knowledge intensive theoretical inputs. The entire course is focused on two important departments of hospitality industry i.e food and beverage production and service. Students will be able to know and learn different methods, standards, techniques through theory and practical. During the time of industrial training students will be able to acquaint themselves in both departments for selecting their specialization department.
In this course students get chance to select their specialization department in their last semester. This specialization subject will supervise and focus on one-on-one basis. So this individual attention will ensure that student hone the skills to the best of their abilities.
